Suzanne Feneley MIED
Economic Development Manager
Suzanne’s prime role is to manage team resources to deliver the council’s growth ambitions. She is also responsible for key regeneration projects, specifically leading on the Sleaford Moor Enterprise Park project, and works with the wider team on developing the council’s extensive commercial and industrial property portfolio.
Michelle Tasker MIED
Economic Development Manager
Michelle’s focus is enhancing the visitor economy offer for North Kesteven. She has responsibility for all NKDC’s retained visitor venues and has recently delivered a £600,000 Stage 2 Heritage Lottery Fund to restore Mrs Smith’s Cottage in Navenby. She is also responsible for delivering key regeneration projects across Sleaford and developing the council’s extensive commercial portfolio across the district and has also been responsible for managing the delivery of the COVID-19 Business Grants. .
Harry Attrill MIED
Senior Economic Development and Project Officer
Harry’s focus is ensuring our business support offer is flexible and relevant. A qualified business adviser, Harry works closely with larger businesses to help deliver investment and jobs and with Phil Means to deliver support to smaller and micro businesses. He also works on regeneration projects associated with Sleaford Town Centre.
Laura Bath MIED
Senior Economic Develpoment Project Officer
Laura’s role focuses on supporting and delivering key projects, including Sleaford Moor Enterprise Park. She oversees the day to day running of the Council’s commercial portfolio as well as provides advice and support to businesses including sites and premises and planning to name but a few areas.
Helen Evans
Economic Development Project Officer
Helen assists across the team on all projects. She also looks after the team’s admin and finance needs and is therefore indispensable.
In addition, Helen supports and delivers on key UK Shared Prosperity Funding Projects, between January 2023 until March 2025.
Phil Means
Business Adviser
Phil is the council’s retained business adviser, working with Harry to deliver the council’s commitment to supporting new business with timely, relevant advice. Phil’s primary focus is start-ups and micro businesses.
Anne Flannery
Heritage Tourism & Marketing Assistant
Working alongside the tourism and heritage venues to promote the NK tourism offer, managing and developing the Heart of Lincs website and producing the annual Heart of Lincs visitor guide.
Emma Clark
Visitor Economy Project and Funding Officer
Emma’s primary role is to provide support for our own tourism and heritage venues as well as other tourism businesses in the district to help identify and develop ideas to improve and diversify their offers and assist with sourcing suitable funding opportunities to deliver those projects. Emma also works closely with local and national tourism organisations to promote and develop NK’s tourism offer to a wider audience.
Jack Milligan
Visitor Venues Team Leader
Jacks primary role is to support our own tourism and heritage venues and the front of house visitor economy team. Jack oversees the day to day operations of four of North Kesteven’s heritage sites; Mrs Smiths Cottage; Cogglesford Water Mill, Cranwell Aviation Heritage Museum and Navigation House. In addition to ensuring the venues are a welcoming and enriching experience for visitors, Jack’s focus is on retaining quality of service and increasing visitors across the attractions.
Rhys Jones
Economic Development Project Officer
Rhys is responsible for coordinating the delivery and monitoring of projects that are part of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. He also provides support to the team on the Rural England Prosperity Fund (REPF) business grant programme.
Kevan Ray
Economic Development Project Officer
Kevan’s role focuses on delivering key UK Shared Prosperity Funding Projects, from March 2023 until March 2025. He also supports the team on other projects.
Georgia Winslow
Marketing and Promotions officer
Georgia supports the Economic Development team with promoting projects, business support and funding to businesses and individuals across the district, through various channels. Georgia also manages some of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund projects, and ensures news across all projects is shared in a timely manner.
