Following a substantial refurbishment programme in October 2020, 15A, which was formerly home to the Parish Council/Info-Links Offices, is now a large, open and bright retail space, currently occupied by Tilly’s Tea & Gift Shop.
Scoley Court
Scoley Court Industrial Units are located on the new Scoley Court which is the home to NKDC Waste Depot just off Moorlands Trading Estate, Metheringham, LN4 3HX. The Moorlands Trading Estate is well established and accessed directly off the B1189, immediately to the east of Metheringham, close to the local railway station and easily accessible to either Lincoln or Sleaford via car. Comprising of 7 industrial units (from 750 sq. ft. to 2000 sq. ft.)

Moorlands Industrial Units are located on Moorlands Trading Estate, Metheringham, LN4 3HX. The Moorlands Trading Estate is a development by NKDC. It is located immediately to the east of Metheringham, close to the local railway station and is easily accessible to Lincoln and Sleaford by road and comprising of 17 industrial units (1000 sq. ft.) spread over 3 blocks.
