The Centre for Ageing Better and Lincolnshire partners are bringing together SMEs to share learning around the recruitment and retention of older workers. Workshops are being held to bring together SMEs to share learning around the recruitment and retention of older workers.

During the workshop, businesses and organisations will hear about practical tips and guidance that they can use following the day. They will also have the opportunity to share their views and experiences about the challenges of implementing age-friendly employment policies, and the kinds of support that they think would help them.

The workshop will be held in person on Monday 3 July at 36 Orchard Street, Lincoln LN1 1YL from 09:30-12:00
