West Lindsey Landscapes

West Lindsey Landscapes Limited was the brainchild of Simon and Nicola Cox formed in 2008, working together with the philosophy to provide high quality landscaping designs, consultation, implementation, and maintenance to the commercial sector through the Project Management of various diverse schemes and developments. Creating, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients aiming to give our personal attention at all times.

In 2012 the growing team moved into portacabins at Furrowland in Newton on Trent. This was a stable base from which to develop further, introducing more clients and more team members as West Lindsey Landscapes reputation strengthened.

In June 2023 came the relocation to Eagle House on Exchange Road, Lincoln. The building offers a chance to grow further, to engage with new and existing clients from a central position, establishing a hub from which future expansion, and growth plans can be made.

With a handpicked team of individuals, chosen for their strengths, the company supports and nurtures each colleague, investing in the person, offering them a chance to develop and grow with a sense of ownership and self-worth. The company operates a strong apprenticeship program, with 3 apprentices working across different disciplines within the business. With a strong mentoring team in place, we hope to develop the apprenticeships into long term careers.

Business plans have been drawn up for the next 5 years, with an emphasis on achieving ISO 9001, which will act as a blueprint for our expansion plans into different locations taking our quality and standards into new areas and to new clients. With the growing staff base we are keen to promote our values and training ethos, by obtaining the Investors in People award, further showing our commitment to all employees, developing a strong, well trained, and valued team.

As the landscaping team that first worked at the International Bomber Command Centre in 2015, we were very proud to have been able to volunteer to do some work there this year, to further enhance the experience at the centre. Completing a large turfing and planting area, just in time for the commemorative Remembrance Day service in November 2023. We were very proud as a team to be part of something that means so much to so many.

The future for West Lindsey Landscapes looks very exciting as we work towards our goals for expansion, growth and stability, all from our new home at Eagle House, Lincoln.
