In 2020, I launched the business with a simple idea: selling sweets. But as we started attending various markets, one thing quickly became clear – our home-baked goods were the true crowd favorite. Inspired by my grandma’s secret flapjack recipe, I decided to make these the heart of Oatz & Co. Today, we offer an ever-growing selection, from cookies and muffins to crumbles and more.

We’ve become a familiar face at regular markets, with Heighington Christmas Market being one of our standout events. We also had the privilege of participating in the Shop Small Market in Heckington, where we were given a pitch free of charge, thanks to NKDC's Small Business Saturday promotion.

Beyond markets, wholesale has become a big part of our business, and we now supply to about ten coffee shops on a regular basis. As we continued to grow, we realized it was time to take the next step. This led to the opening of our very own shop in Lincoln’s Cornhill Market, which launched in May this year. Since then, we’ve been able to expand our brand further, now offering hot drinks alongside our baked treats. Staying true to our roots, we’re proud to serve local Stokes tea and coffee, reflecting our commitment to using local produce wherever we can.
